Fuel for Vehicles, Livestock and You
Under our brand BossNRG, MorFuels Pty Ltd is developing an integrated biorefinery that transforms Moringa oleifera into premium biodiesel, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), high-protein stock feed, human-grade superfoods, and lifestyle products - with co-product revenue exceeding production costs by 10x.

Our Vision
Our Journey Vision: Field to Fuel
This is where MorFuels is headed. From establishing Moringa plantations in regional Australia through to delivering fuel for vehicles, feed for livestock, and nutrition for humans, every step of our vision is built around sustainability, efficiency, and zero waste.

Moringa Plantation Operations
It all starts here. Our purpose-built operations centre will sit at the heart of our Moringa plantation in regional Australia. This is where seedlings will be nurtured, harvests staged, and the raw Moringa oleifera biomass prepared for processing. The plantation will leverage marginal land, requiring minimal water and no deforestation.

Field Operations & Logistics
Our field operations team will work across the plantation, managing cultivation, harvesting, and transport of Moringa biomass. A purpose-branded fleet will ensure efficient logistics from paddock to processing, maintaining the quality of every harvest.

Biodiesel Production Facility
At our integrated biorefinery, Moringa seeds will be cold-pressed to extract oil, then converted to premium biodiesel through transesterification. Simultaneously, leaves will become high-protein feed for livestock and human-grade nutrition products, while press cake will be processed into organic fertiliser, achieving true zero-waste production.

Sustainable Fuel Distribution
The finished biodiesel will be loaded into tankers for distribution to customers across Australia. Our fuel will meet EN 14214 quality standards and deliver an 86% lifecycle GHG reduction compared to fossil diesel, bringing clean energy to the road.

Biodiesel to Sustainable Aviation Fuel
The ultimate goal: converting a portion of our moringa biodiesel into Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) via the HEFA pathway โ the most commercially proven SAF technology. Moringa oil's exceptionally high oleic acid content (>70%) makes it an ideal feedstock for hydroprocessing, where triglycerides are deoxygenated, isomerised, and hydrocracked into synthetic paraffinic kerosene (SPK) โ chemically identical to fossil Jet A-1 and certified under ASTM D7566. With the global SAF market projected to reach US$16 billion by 2030 and current mandates driving demand, this positions MorFuels to supply both road and sky from a single renewable feedstock.
The MorFuels Concept
A Paradigm Shift in Biofuel Production
Unlike conventional biofuels that rely on food crops, MorFuels harnesses the extraordinary Moringa oleifera tree to fuel vehicles, feed livestock, and nourish humans, achieving whole-plant utilisation that generates revenue far exceeding production costs.
Sustainable Feedstock
Moringa thrives on marginal land, avoiding the food vs. fuel conflict that plagues first-generation biofuels.
Integrated Biorefinery
Whole-plant utilisation maximises value: biodiesel for vehicles, high-protein stock feed for livestock, and human-grade nutrition from one crop.
Negative Cost Model
Co-product revenue exceeds production costs by 10x, making biodiesel effectively free to produce.
Northern Australia Focus
Perfect climate alignment in Queensland with expansion plans into Western Australia and Northern Territory.
De-Risked Investment
Revenue diversification insulates the project from volatile fuel markets, ensuring stable returns.
Circular Economy
Zero waste model where seed cake returns to the land as fertiliser, creating a self-sustaining loop.
Biorefinery Process
Planned Biorefinery Process
Our planned biodiesel biorefinery will convert every component of the moringa plant into high-value products, achieving near-zero waste and maximum economic return.
Moringa seeds harvested and mechanically separated for oil extraction and co-product processing.
Cold-press extraction followed by transesterification produces premium EN 14214 biodiesel.
Seed cake from oil extraction yields a high-protein stock feed (up to 60% crude protein) for livestock; press cake converted to organic fertiliser, achieving zero waste.

Economic Model
The "Negative Cost" Advantage
Co-product revenue from livestock feed, human-grade nutrition products, organic fertiliser, and purified glycerol exceeds all biodiesel production costs, creating a self-funding production model.
